Giveaway Terms and Conditions:
1. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Participants must be 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
2. Prize: The winner will receive a $25,000 custom home gym installation in a room of their choice within their residence. The prize includes the necessary gym equipment, installation, and setup. Any additional costs or modifications required to accommodate the gym in the chosen room will be the responsibility of the winner.
3. Applicable Space: The winner must have an applicable space within their residence for the installation of the custom home gym. The room must be suitable for housing the gym equipment and should meet the necessary safety requirements. The sponsor reserves the right to verify the availability and suitability of the space before proceeding with the installation.
4. Completion Timeframe: The custom home gym installation will be completed within 6 months from the date the winner is officially notified and confirms their acceptance of the prize. However, unforeseen circumstances or external factors may impact the exact timeline, and the sponsor shall not be held liable for any delays beyond their control.
5. Entry: To enter the giveaway, participants must follow the specified entry requirements as outlined in the promotional materials. Only one entry per person is allowed. Any incomplete or inaccurate entries will be disqualified. The sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late, or misdirected entries.
6. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The selection will be conducted by the sponsor or its designated representatives. The winner will be notified via the contact information provided during entry. If the winner fails to respond within a specified time period or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Publicity: By participating in the giveaway, the winner agrees to grant the sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and any provided photographs or videos for promotional purposes without further compensation or notification.
8. General Conditions: The sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical difficulties that may compromise the fairness or integrity of the promotion. The sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any participant or entry that violates these terms and conditions or attempts to manipulate or tamper with the entry process.
9. Limitation of Liability: By entering the giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless the sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability related to the prize or participation in the giveaway. The sponsor is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred as a result of the use or installation of the custom home gym.
10. Governing Law: The giveaway and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11. By entering the giveaway and providing their email address and cell phone number, participants consent to receive marketing communications from the sponsor. These communications may include promotional offers, newsletters, updates, and other information related to the sponsor's products and services. Participants have the option to unsubscribe or opt out of these communications at any time.
